Tired old sealant on a Fairline Squadron 58

Customer asked Marine Glass Systems to remove old sealant and replace with new Sika WS605 professional glazing sealant.

New sealant applied

Finished item. White silicone is replaced as well as these screens can leak underneath the frame.

Palmer Johnson 120

Marine Glass Systems was asked to help remove, and replace, delaminating glass on this prestigious superyacht. Project was organised by UK refit company Berthglaze and instalation was in conjunction with Yachtsglass International.

Project was in the beautiful setting of Villefranche-sur-Mer, South of France.

Trend Marine patio door with intergrated electric window.

Marine Glass Systems was asked to remove a complicated patio door on a Fairline Squadron 50. Removal was required to fit new engines.

Door is no more!

Full access to engine compartment is now available!

Shattered windscreen on a Fairline Targa 30/33

Marine Glass Systems was contacted by glass manufacturer Trend Marine to fit a curved windscreen on this Fairline in Totnes, Devon

New screen installed!

These are very tricky to do so very pleased with this one!

Fairline T30/33 with an old repair to the port screen panel

Marine Glass Systems was contacted to fit a new perspex corner to this Fairline T30/33 in Brundall, Norfolk. The previous repair was a reasonable job but was cracking and the wrong colour!

New panel in place!

The owner was so happy that he decided to have the STBD side replaced as well, to give the screen a new look.

Fairline T50 GT sunroof problems!

Marine Glass Systems was contacted to service this Fairline T50 GT sunroof. Work included replacing an inflatable seal.

Boat lifters don't just lift boats!

Great care was needed in removing the very heavy sliding roof panel!

Shattered glass balustrade panel!

Marine Glass Systems was subcontracted to help remove and replace seven glass balustrade panels—one shattered and six delaminating—on a 41M superyacht in Golfe Juan.

New glass installed!

Project was organised by Berthglaze and glass fitted in conjunction with Yachtsglass International.

The seven pieces of laminated glass featured a combination of two flat, two sharply curved and three large-slightly curved. Bostick sealant was used on this job.
